With the Meta Quest 3, repeatedly taking the VR headset off and on can lead to the feeling that the floor is too high. The feet then feel as if they are below the floor. This can be checked by placing the hand controller on the real floor. The virtual hand controller visible in the VR view must then also be on or above the floor.
